The XNJ series in tank return oil filter is a built-in return oil purification device designed specifically for the internal space of hydraulic system oil tanks. It adopts a fully enclosed embedded installation structure and is completely arranged below the oil level inside the oil tank. Only the top maintenance interface and transmitter are exposed on the oil tank cover plate. The system return oil is directly connected to the filter inlet from the return oil port on the side wall of the oil tank. After purification, the oil is directly discharged into the oil tank without the need for any additional filtering pipelines outside the tank, completely eliminating the risk of external pipeline leakage of the external return oil filter. The differential pressure transmitter frequently triggers an alarm. First, check if there is a short-term flow overload in the system. If the flow parameters are stable, it indicates that the filter element has reached the blockage limit. Open the top maintenance cover of the fuel tank and replace it with a new filter element of the same precision to restore normal operation; During low-temperature cold start, the oil return resistance is significantly higher, which is a normal phenomenon of increased oil viscosity in low-temperature environments. After the system runs for a period of time and the oil temperature rises, the resistance will naturally fall back to the normal range; The bubble content in the fuel tank has significantly increased. Check whether the bottom liquid flow diffusion structure is blocked or deformed, and clean the impurities attached to the diffusion channel to restore the smooth flow of the return oil; When the filter element is removed, there is local damage on the surface. Check whether the bypass valve is stuck, clean the impurities attached to the valve body, and avoid direct impact of system high pressure on the filter element to solve the problem.
