The MF4002 series hydraulic oil filter element is replaced by a sealed connection structure at one end, with reliable sealing achieved by sealing rings at the upper and lower ends. The other end is equipped with a bypass valve design to ensure that the filter element can continue to operate in a blocked condition. The medium flows from the outside to the inside, supported by a spiral skeleton inside the core, with a pressure bearing capacity of up to 10-32MPa; Imported high-quality filter materials that closely adhere to the skeleton provide multiple precision options ranging from 1 to 25 μ m, which can efficiently filter out solid particles and gel like impurities in hydraulic oil, and control the pollution level of the working medium at an extremely low level. Problem 1: Poor fuel supply after replacement.
The main reason is that the air and residual liquid inside the filter element have not been completely drained.
Solution: Open the vent screw and loosen it about three turns. Remove the drain valve to drain the liquid from the filter element. After confirming that the rubber ring is intact, press the pump oil evenly on the cover. After a uniform oil flow flows out from the vent screw, tighten it.
Problem 2: Leakage at both ends of the filter element.
The reasons are often due to aging of the sealing ring or improper installation.
Solution: Check if the sealing ring is intact, replace the fluorine rubber seal, ensure that the pressure cover is evenly and vertically pressed down, and avoid tilting operation.
Problem 3: The lifespan of the filter element is relatively short.
The reason may be that the pollution level of the working medium is too high or the selection accuracy is not matched.
Solution: Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil, select the appropriate accuracy level according to the actual working conditions, and recommend checking the pressure difference every 500 working hours. If the pressure difference exceeds 0.35MPa, replace it in a timely manner.
