It uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter material and hot melt adhesive to replace traditional partitions for dense folding separation, forming a unique V-shaped/W-shaped folding structure. The effective filtration area is increased by 30% to 50% compared to ordinary high-efficiency filters. The filtration efficiency of this filter element covers grades H10 to H14, with an interception rate of up to 99.97% to 99.999% for 0.3 μ m particles. The initial resistance is as low as below 220Pa, and the recommended final resistance value is 400Pa, with a maximum not exceeding 600Pa. The continuous operating temperature can reach 70 ℃ to 80 ℃, and the humidity resistance is as high as 100%. The outer frame can be made of various materials such as ABS plastic frame, galvanized steel plate, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel, which are suitable for different working conditions. The sealing adopts polyurethane two-component adhesive or closed cell EVA sealing gasket to eliminate the risk of side leakage. Typical specifications include 592 × 592 × 292mm, 610 × 610 × 292mm, etc. The number of partitions can be selected from 2 to 6. The rated air volume ranges from 550m ³/h to 4200m ³/h, the filtration area ranges from 4.6m ² to 36.5m ², and the maximum dust holding capacity can reach 2410g. Each filter element is strictly tested one by one before leaving the factory to ensure performance consistency and comply with EN1822 and the national standard GB/T 14295-2019 testing standards.

If the resistance of the WGBL series combination type non partition air filter element is high, it is usually due to the saturation of dust accumulation in the filter element. The pressure difference should be monitored and replaced in a timely manner when the final resistance reaches 400-600Pa; If there is air leakage, it is often caused by improper installation leading to seal deformation. It is necessary to evenly tighten the screws and repair the gaps in the frame with special sealant. If the filter material is damaged, it must be replaced immediately; If the filtration efficiency decreases, it may be due to the aging of the filter element or the reverse connection of the inlet and outlet. A new filter element should be replaced and the marked direction should be identified for reinstallation; If there is abnormal noise during operation, it is common for the fan blades to be stuck by foreign objects or the bearings to be worn, and the foreign objects need to be cleaned or the motor needs to be replaced. It is recommended to conduct PAO leak detection every 6 to 12 months and monitor the pressure difference before and after daily monitoring to ensure stable and efficient operation of the system.
