1. Frequent blockage of filter element
It may be caused by deterioration of inlet water quality, improper operation, or improper selection of filter element. The solutions include optimizing the upstream pretreatment process, controlling the flow rate of the filter reasonably, improving the backwash system, and selecting suitable filter material and accuracy.
2. Short lifespan of the filter element
This may be due to poor quality of the filter element itself or a small space for dirt collection. It is recommended to choose a filter element with reliable quality and large pollutant holding capacity, and regularly inspect and replace it.
3. Poor sealing
May cause water flow to bypass, affecting the filtration effect. During installation, it should be ensured that the filter element and filter are well sealed, and a sealing test should be conducted.
4. Rapid increase in pressure difference
It may be caused by filter blockage or system flow exceeding the design range. The clogged filter element should be replaced in a timely manner, and the system flow rate should be adjusted to the appropriate range.
