Product Introduction

The YWZ series organic glass level gauge is a visual measuring instrument designed specifically for industrial level monitoring, made of high transmittance polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) material. This product achieves real-time liquid level display through the principle of a connector, supporting liquid level monitoring of various media such as mineral oil, water ethylene glycol, lubricating oil, etc. At the same time, a bimetallic temperature sensor can be optionally selected to achieve synchronous liquid temperature measurement. Its core advantage lies in combining the mechanical structure of traditional level gauges with the transparent properties of organic glass, which not only retains the reliability of direct reading instruments, but also breaks through the observation limitations of metal materials, providing a "transparent window" like level monitoring solution for industrial equipment.

Product Description

The main body of the YWZ organic glass level gauge consists of a high-strength organic glass tube, an aluminum alloy valve body, and stainless steel connectors. The organic glass tube is treated with special technology to maintain structural stability in an environment of -40 ℃ to 80 ℃, with a light transmittance of ≥ 92%, ensuring clear and distinguishable liquid level markings. The valve body design integrates self sealing function, which can automatically cut off the oil circuit by closing the valve during maintenance to avoid medium leakage. The product offers two installation methods: a 10mm light hole or an M10 screw hole, with a center distance tolerance controlled within ± 0.2mm, suitable for equipment with a fuel tank wall thickness of less than 10mm. According to different working conditions, a measurement range of 350mm to 2000mm can be customized, and support 4-20mA.DC signal output module expansion to achieve remote liquid level monitoring.

1. Hydraulic system maintenance: widely used for monitoring the liquid level of hydraulic oil tanks in machine tools and construction machinery, quickly determining the oil level status through transparent windows to avoid equipment failures caused by oil shortage.

Common Problems and Solutions

1. Blurred glass tube: Regularly close the upper and lower valves, wipe the inner and outer walls of the glass tube with alcohol swabs to avoid the accumulation of oil stains that may affect the reading.

2. Lag in liquid level display: Check if the valve opening is too small to ensure smooth flow of the medium; Clean the possible impurities and blockages inside the valve body.

3. Temperature measurement deviation: bimetal sensor shall be calibrated once a year by immersing the sensor in ice water mixture (0 ℃) and boiling water (100 ℃).

4. Installation leakage: When reinstalling, apply oil resistant sealant to the threads and ensure that the flatness error of the installation hole is ≤ 0.1mm to avoid sealing failure caused by stress.
