Please check the power cord and connect the power, and replace the indicator light if necessary. After pressing the start button, the device does not work, which is often caused by incorrect power phase sequence or motor overload. It is necessary to adjust the three-phase phase sequence or press the reset button on the thermal relay to restore it. When the filter alarm light is on, it is usually due to low oil temperature causing excessive viscosity or clogged filter element.
It is recommended to turn on the heating function to naturally recover after heating up. If it still does not turn off, the filter element needs to be replaced. When the differential pressure transmitter pops up, it indicates that the fine filter element is severely clogged and should be replaced with a new filter element in a timely manner when the differential pressure reaches 0.35MPa.
If there is abnormal noise or vibration during operation, the common reasons are that the ball valve is not open, the pipeline is blocked, or there is air in the system. Simply open the ball valve, clean the pipeline, and perform exhaust operation to eliminate it.
