The GXGL series high-efficiency partitioned air filter cartridge adopts a folding partition structure design. The height of the partition and the tightness of the filter paper assembly are precisely calculated to ensure uniform airflow and minimal resistance. The outer frame is made of anodized aluminum alloy profiles, with a width of 15mm~20mm, sturdy and corrosion-resistant; The sealing adopts a new type of polyurethane sealant with excellent anti rupture strength, combined with EVA or EPDM sealing strips to eliminate leakage hazards. The filter element has a working temperature range of -10 ℃ to 80 ℃, a humidity resistance of up to 100% RH, a filtration accuracy of 0.3 microns, low initial resistance, large dust holding capacity, and long service life. Problem 1: The resistance of the filter element rises too quickly. The reasons are often due to missing pre filters or failure to replace pre filters in a timely manner. Solution: Install a G4 level primary filter as a pre protection and set the final resistance at twice the initial resistance. Regularly replace the pre filter to extend the lifespan of the end filter element to more than 5 years.
Problem 2: Leakage at the sealing point. Due to insufficient parallelism of the sealing surface or aging of the sealing gasket. Solution: Use polyurethane rubber gaskets instead of ordinary gaskets to enhance the compensatory sealing performance; Ensure that the sealing surface is flat and the flange is tightly connected during installation.
Problem 3: The cleanliness test is not qualified. Commonly seen when the temperature and humidity change, the partition paper emits particles. Solution: For high cleanliness areas, it is recommended to use the aluminum partition version to avoid the release of particles from paper partitions during environmental changes and eliminate potential hazards from the root.
