The CXZL series initial effect folding filter element uses high-performance synthetic fibers (polyester fiber or glass fiber) as the filter material, and forms a three-dimensional gradually dense structure through precision folding technology, which increases the filtration area in a limited space by 3-5 times, significantly improving the dust holding capacity (≥ 400g/m ²) and filtration efficiency (G4 level, interception rate for 5 μ m particles ≥ 80%). The frame is made of galvanized steel plate or high-strength aluminum alloy material, reinforced with metal mesh to ensure that the filter element does not deform or break under high pressure difference (up to 32MPa wind pressure) or vibration environment. The sealing part adopts high elasticity chloroprene rubber strip, which is compatible with standard flange interface. After installation, it forms a leak free seal to prevent unfiltered air from bypassing the system.
In addition, the temperature resistance range of the filter element covers -10 ℃ to 80 ℃, which is compatible with different climate and working conditions. The initial pressure difference is as low as ≤ 30Pa, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the ventilation system.
