The six ear quick release dust removal filter element is made of polyester fiber composite material, covered with PTFE film or added with conductive fibers on the surface to achieve anti-static, waterproof and oil proof functions. The fiber diameter of the filter material is uniform, forming a three-dimensional gradually dense structure, with high dust holding capacity and stable filtration efficiency. The skeleton of the six ear quick release dust removal filter element is made of galvanized steel plate or high-strength anti-corrosion material stamped and formed, with a deformation resistance strength of 350N/cm ², ensuring that the filter element does not deform under high pressure difference.
