Product Introduction

Hydraulic support stainless steel filter element is a core filtering component designed specifically for hydraulic systems in heavy industries such as coal mining, metallurgy, and petrochemicals. Its core function is to efficiently intercept solid particles, metal debris, and colloidal impurities in the medium, ensuring stable operation of the hydraulic system. The stainless steel filter element of the hydraulic support adopts 304/316L food grade stainless steel material, which is made through a five layer sintered mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt composite process. The filtration accuracy covers 0.5-300 microns, and the filtration ratio β 3 ≥ 1000, which can meet the strict requirements of different working conditions for the cleanliness of the medium.

Its structure adopts a fully sealed design, and the end cap is connected to the filter material through argon arc welding technology to eliminate the risk of medium leakage. At the same time, it supports extreme environments with a pressure resistance of 31.5MPa and a temperature resistance of -220 ℃ to 650 ℃, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosive medium filtration scenarios. In addition, the filter element supports customized design, which can adjust the inlet and outlet diameters, filtration area, and external dimensions according to the flow rate, pressure difference, and installation space requirements of the hydraulic system, and flexibly match various hydraulic supports, pump stations, and valve group equipment.

Brand Name DFFILTRI
Filtering accuracy 0.5-300 μm
Pressure resistance 0.1-31.5MPa
Regeneration capacity -220 ℃ to 650 ℃

Product Description

The stainless steel filter element of the hydraulic support expands the filtering area by 3-5 times through the multi folding process, significantly increases the pollutant carrying capacity, and the initial pressure difference is as low as 0.02 MPa, effectively reducing system energy consumption. Its stainless steel material has high strength characteristics, and even under high flow rate and high pulse conditions, the pore size of the filter material can remain stable, avoiding a decrease in filtration accuracy due to deformation.

The surface of the filter element has undergone electrolytic polishing treatment, with a smoothness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, reducing the adhesion of impurities and extending the backwash cycle. In terms of regeneration capacity, the filter element supports online backwashing or chemical cleaning, with a filtration efficiency recovery rate of ≥ 90% after cleaning, and a single use cost reduction of more than 60% compared to traditional filters. For different media such as coal mine emulsion and metallurgical hydraulic oil, sintered layers with different pore size combinations can be selected for the filter element to achieve graded filtration and further improve system reliability. Its modular design supports quick replacement, with a single replacement time of no more than 10 minutes, significantly reducing equipment downtime and maintenance time, providing strong support for industrial continuous production.

Application Scenarios

1. Coal mining machinery

The stainless steel filter element of the hydraulic support is used between the hydraulic support and the pump station to filter coal powder and iron filings in the emulsion, prevent the support from jamming, and ensure the continuity of coal mining operations.

2. Metallurgical industry

Stainless steel filter cartridges for hydraulic supports are used in the hydraulic systems of continuous casting machines and rolling mills to intercept the degradation products of iron oxide scale and lubricating oil, avoiding valve body wear.

3. Petrochemical field

Filter sand particles in oilfield injection water and particulate matter in natural gas to protect downhole equipment from erosion.

4. Construction machinery

Suitable for hydraulic systems of excavators and loaders, filters metal powder in high viscosity hydraulic oil, and extends the life of pumps and motors.

Competitive Advantage

1. Balance between filtration accuracy and lifespan

Compared to fiberglass filters (with an accuracy of 5-200 microns), stainless steel filters cover the range of 0.1-2000 microns and have high mechanical strength, making them less prone to accuracy degradation due to high-pressure deformation.

2. Extreme environmental adaptability

resistant to strong acid and alkali corrosion, excellent performance in scenarios such as sulfur-containing gases or seawater desalination, and a lifespan 3-5 times longer than ordinary filter cartridges.

3. Low maintenance cost

The stainless steel filter element of the hydraulic support supports online backwashing, and the cost of a single cleaning is less than 1/10 of replacing a new filter element, which is suitable for continuous production needs.

Common Problems and Solutions

Problem: The pressure difference of the filter element is rapidly increasing

Reason: Insufficient cleanliness of hydraulic oil leads to clogged filter element.

Solution: Shorten the cleaning cycle, add pre filtration devices (such as coarse filters), and regularly check the degree of oil contamination.

Problem: Decreased filtration efficiency after backwashing

Reason: High pressure recoil causes the pore size of the filter material to expand.

Solution: Adopt graded backwash pressure (initially 0.5MPa, gradually increasing to 2MPa), or replace with sintered felt material filter element.

Problem: Leakage at the seal

Reason: Welding defects or aging of O-rings.

Solution: Replace the argon arc welding process filter element and select a fluororubber sealing ring to adapt to high temperature conditions.
