It is equipped with a 1.0MPa high-pressure bypass valve to ensure continuous oil flow in the oil circuit, and a pressure differential transmitter to provide real-time warning of blockage status. The standard high-pressure interface can be directly connected to the original high-pressure pipeline.
The DFB series high-pressure filter is an online precision purification device designed specifically for high-pressure pipelines in hydraulic systems. The DFB series high-pressure filter adopts high-strength forged aluminum alloy or carbon steel shell, which has undergone a pressure burst test at 1.5 times the rated working pressure, and can withstand the instantaneous pressure impact of high-pressure systems for a long time; Internally equipped with multi-layer composite fiberglass folding filter cartridges, the filtration accuracy covers the range of 1 μ m to 20 μ m, and the pollutant holding capacity far exceeds that of ordinary filters of the same accuracy. It can also maintain stable filtration effect under high pressure conditions; The built-in high-pressure bypass valve has an opening pressure of 1.0MPa. When the filter element is blocked, causing the pressure difference between the front and rear to exceed the limit, or when there is a short-term large flow impact in the system, the bypass valve will automatically open to ensure continuous oil flow in the high-pressure oil circuit without interruption, avoiding sudden system failures caused by oil circuit interruption; Equipped with a 0.35MPa high-pressure differential pressure transmitter, it can issue an electrical signal warning in a timely manner when the filter element reaches the rated blockage capacity. Operation and maintenance personnel can intuitively grasp the timing of filter element replacement without dismantling the high-pressure pipeline; The import and export adopt standard high-pressure flanges or threaded interfaces, which are suitable for the docking and installation needs of the vast majority of high-pressure pipelines.

Compared to conventional medium and low pressure pipeline filters, the all metal high-pressure housing of the DFB series high-pressure filter has undergone professional pressure strengthening treatment, which increases its ability to withstand pressure shocks by more than twice, fully adapting to the complex working conditions of high-pressure systems; High precision composite fiberglass filter cartridges will not experience fiber shedding under high-pressure oil flow impact and will not cause secondary pollution to the oil circuit; The high-pressure bypass valve and housing adopt an integrated design, without the need for additional external bypass pipelines, reducing the number of leakage points in the high-pressure oil circuit and lowering the risk of high-pressure leakage from a structural perspective; The overall use of modular standard high-pressure interfaces allows for direct serial connection to existing high-pressure pipelines without the need for significant modifications to the existing oil circuit, making it suitable for the replacement scenarios of the vast majority of high-pressure filters of the same specifications.
The differential pressure transmitter frequently triggers an alarm. First, check whether the system has been operating at an over rated flow rate for a long time. If the flow parameters are stable, it indicates that the filter element has reached the blockage limit. After stopping the machine to release pressure, replace it with a new high-pressure filter element of the same precision to restore normal operation; During operation, there is a slight oil leakage on the joint surface of the shell. Check whether the sealing components have been deformed or displaced due to long-term high-pressure impact. Replace the high-pressure resistant sealing components of the same specification and tighten the connecting bolts evenly in diagonal order to restore the seal; Abnormal high-frequency noise occurs during the operation of the high-pressure oil circuit. Check if there are impurities adhering to the internal flow guide structure of the filter and if there are local blockages. After stopping the machine, disassembling and cleaning the sediment impurities in the internal cavity, the oil circuit noise can be eliminated; The cleanliness of the filtered oil did not meet the expected standard. Check if the filter element was not fully engaged during installation and if there was a bypass leak. Reinstall the filter element correctly and confirm that the sealing structure is completely in place. After that, the filtration accuracy can be restored to the design standard.
