The filtration efficiency reaches H13-H14 level (99.97% -99.999%), and can effectively capture particles of 0.3 μ m and above, which meets the national standard GB/T 13554-2008. The product adopts an aluminum alloy profile frame with a pleat height of 55-75mm. Under the same external dimensions, the filtration area is significantly increased compared to products with partitions. The volume is reduced by about 67%, and the air volume is increased by 1.3-2 times. It combines the two core advantages of efficient filtration and low operating resistance, making it an ideal choice for end filtration and FFU fan filtration units in clean room ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The GXBL series high-efficiency non partition plate air filter element adopts a dense pleated V-shaped channel structure design. The filter material is precisely folded to form a uniform airflow channel, and is matched with an anode aluminum mesh uniform flow plate to ensure uniform wind speed distribution and large dust holding capacity. The outer frame can be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or galvanized sheet material, and is sealed with environmentally friendly polyurethane AB glue around it, combined with EVA sealing strips to achieve zero air leakage design. Before leaving the factory, each filter element undergoes PAO/DOP aerosol scanning and leak detection to ensure stable and reliable filtration performance. Supports customization of various thicknesses and non-standard sizes ranging from 46-96mm, with a maximum temperature resistance of 85 ℃. The moisture-proof type can adapt to 100% relative humidity environments and meet the requirements of harsh working conditions.

Common problems and solutions

① Decreased filtration efficiency: Dust accumulation leads to increased resistance. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 250-350Pa, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid damage to the filter material caused by overpressure operation.

② Filter element damage: often caused by improper installation or operation under excessive pressure difference. When replacing, ensure that the filter element is completely attached to the frame and the sealant is evenly applied.

③ Edge leakage: Check if the sealant and sealing strip are intact, and if necessary, reapply sealant or replace the sealing components.

④ Blockage too quickly: It is recommended to install primary or medium efficiency filters at the front end to intercept large particle impurities, and match the filtration efficiency of each level reasonably to avoid front-end failure causing excessive load on the back end.
