CXPL Series Primary Efficiency Plate Filte element

The CXPL series primary filter cartridge is the primary filtration barrier of the air purification system. It uses polyester fiber cotton or glass fiber as the filter material, supported by aluminum alloy, galvanized iron or stainless steel frame, covering four efficiency levels from G1 to G4. The initial resistance is as low as 30Pa and the dust holding capacity is large. Divided into disposable and washable types, the flat structure is lightweight and compact, suitable for standard and non-standard sizes, widely used for front-end pre filtration in central air conditioning, clean return air, air compressor inlet and other scenarios, effectively extending the service life of back-end equipment.

Product Introduction

The CXPL series primary efficiency plate filter element is the first filtration barrier of air purification systems, designed to intercept large particle pollutants above 5 μ m, covering four efficiency levels from G1 to G4, with G4 level achieving an interception rate of 80% to 90% for particles ≥ 5 μ m. The filter element adopts polyester fiber cotton or glass fiber as the filter material, with aluminum alloy frame, galvanized iron frame or stainless steel frame as the support structure. It has four core advantages of low cost, light weight, good universality, and compact structure. The initial resistance is controlled within 30Pa, and the dust holding capacity is ≥ 300g/m ². It is an indispensable pre filtering component in the front end of high-efficiency filters in central air conditioning, clean return air and industrial ventilation systems.

Product Description

The CXPL series primary efficiency plate filter element adopts a flat plate structure design, with the filter material tightly attached to the metal frame. It is equipped with double-sided spray coated wire mesh or galvanized wire mesh as a protective layer, which is not easy to fall off or deform during use. The filter material can be selected from ordinary polyester fiber cotton (temperature resistance -10 ℃~100 ℃) or glass fiber cotton (temperature resistance up to 350 ℃) to meet the requirements of conventional and high temperature working conditions. The product is divided into two types: disposable and washable and reusable. The disposable filter element can be replaced as a whole when it expires, which is easy to operate; The washable type supports repeated use of water washing or professional cleaning equipment, and the frame and protective net can be retained for a long time, effectively reducing operation and maintenance costs. The overall structure is lightweight, allowing for quick disassembly and assembly by a single person. It is compatible with standard 500 × 500mm and various customized non-standard sizes.

Common problems and solutions

① Decreased filtration efficiency: Resistance increases due to dust accumulation. ② Deformation or detachment of filter material: usually caused by improper installation or airflow impact. When replacing, ensure that the filter material is completely in contact with the frame and tighten the protective net.

③ Edge air leakage: Check if the connection between the frame and the pipeline is tightly sealed, and install sealing strips if necessary.

④ Blockage too quickly: It is recommended to install a pre filtration device at the front end to intercept large particles of impurities, and choose G2 or G3 levels reasonably according to the dust concentration to avoid overloading caused by too small pore size.
