The WKDL series frameless bag filter element core is made of galvanized iron or aluminum alloy as the structural outer frame, and metal strips are fixed between each filter bag to effectively prevent filter bag breakage caused by wind shear friction under high wind speed conditions; Each filter bag is evenly distributed with six partitions to avoid excessive expansion and mutual shielding when subjected to wind pressure, ensuring stable effective filtration area and efficiency. The edge of the bag mouth is fused with ultrasonic waves, which has excellent airtightness and eliminates the hidden danger of air leakage. The filter material discards the traditional glass fiber and selects synthetic fiber to avoid discomfort to human body. At the same time, the addition of electrostatic fiber in the filter material makes its filtering performance of submicron dust particularly prominent. Common problems and solutions

① Decreased filtration effect: The increase in pressure difference is often caused by dust accumulation in the filter bag. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1MPa, the filter bag should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid excessive pressure difference causing the filter bag to rupture.

② Filter bag damage: usually caused by improper installation or operation under excessive pressure difference. When replacing, it is necessary to ensure that the filter bag is tightly attached to the support mesh and the bolts are evenly tightened.

③ Edge leakage: Check for cracks at the ultrasonic fusion point. If damaged, replace the entire bag and do not repair it.

④ Filter bag clogging too quickly: It is recommended to install a Y-shaped or basket style pre filter at the front end to intercept large particles and impurities. At the same time, choose the appropriate efficiency level according to the working conditions to avoid overloading caused by a small aperture.
