The filtration accuracy can reach 3-10 microns, the oil removal efficiency is as high as 99.99%, and the working temperature is from -10 ℃ to+200 ℃. The flow direction of oil mist and smoke particles changes multiple times when passing through, greatly improving the capture efficiency. The filter frame is made of high-strength punched stainless steel plate, and the end cover is sealed with oil resistant rubber O-ring to ensure excellent airtightness even under high temperature and high humidity conditions. The filtration accuracy can reach 3-10 microns, the oil removal efficiency is as high as 99.99%, the working temperature covers -10 ℃ to+200 ℃, and the maximum withstand pressure difference is 0.2MPa. Common problems and solutions

It is recommended to regularly backwash and clean, replace the filter element if necessary, and optimize the ratio of filter aid. Leakage or dripping of the panel frame is often caused by aging of the sealing ring or insufficient clamping force. The flatness of the sealing surface should be checked, the O-ring should be replaced, and the clamping force should be moderately increased. If the operating pressure difference rises too quickly, it is generally due to high oil mist concentration or severe filter layer blockage. It is necessary to control the feed concentration, add filter aids in stages, and reduce the single filtration load. Filter deformation or rupture is often caused by operating pressure exceeding the design value. The operating pressure difference should be strictly controlled within the allowable range to avoid overpressure operation.
