Adopting a shell reinforced with twice the rated pressure, a high-precision fiberglass filter element with full flow and no bypass is used to achieve 100% oil interception. It is equipped with an embedded differential pressure transmitter to provide real-time feedback on blockage status. Product Description

The DFF series high-pressure filter adopts a high-strength integrated forged shell, which has undergone a pressure burst test at twice the rated working pressure and can withstand high-frequency pressure shocks from high-pressure systems for a long time; Internally, a full flow precision fiberglass filter element without bypass is used, with a filtration accuracy covering the range of 1 μ m to 10 μ m. All high-pressure oil flowing through the end components is 100% intercepted by the filter element, completely preventing unfiltered oil from directly entering downstream components; Equipped with an integrated high-pressure differential transmitter, the transmission contact is directly embedded in the side housing of the filter, without the need for additional external pipelines. When the filter element is blocked and the pressure differential reaches the threshold of 0.2MPa, a warning signal can be directly sent to the system's electronic control unit to remind maintenance personnel to replace the filter element in a timely manner; The import and export completely adopt a stacked standard oil port layout, which matches the installation hole position of conventional stacked valves perfectly. Common problems and solutions

The system's electronic control unit frequently receives warning signals of filter blockage. First, check whether the system has been operating at an over rated flow rate for a long time. If the flow parameters are stable, it indicates that the filter has reached the blockage limit. After stopping the machine and releasing the pressure, disassemble the stacked end face and replace it with a new filter of the same precision to restore normalcy; Slight oil leakage occurs on the overlapping installation surface. Check if the sealing components on the overlapping surface have been deformed or displaced due to long-term high-pressure impact. Replace the high-pressure resistant O-ring of the same specification and tighten the installation bolts diagonally and evenly according to the specified torque to restore the seal; The end effector has intermittent jamming phenomenon. Check whether the filter element is locally damaged due to long-term use. After replacing the new filter element and cleaning the residual impurities in the downstream oil circuit, the operation of the component can be restored smoothly; The cleanliness of the filtered oil did not meet the expected standard. Check if the filter element was not completely aligned with the center oil port during installation, and if there was a bypass leak. Re position the filter element correctly and confirm that the sealing structure is fully fitted. After that, the filtration accuracy can be restored to the design standard.
