The FE-N2 differential pressure transmitter is a specialized differential pressure monitoring and alarm component for hydraulic filtration systems. The FE-N2 differential pressure transmitter adopts an integrated compact structure design, and the core sensing unit relies on the principle of magneto electric coupling to trigger the differential pressure. The overall shell is made of stainless steel material, which has good rust and corrosion resistance and is suitable for various industrial hydraulic oil media. The preset alarm differential pressure is 0.35MPa, which can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 0.1MPa to 0.5MPa according to different system requirements. The working voltage is compatible with conventional 24V DC power supply, and some models can be compatible with 220V AC power supply. Common problems and solutions

If the transmitter does not reach the preset pressure difference and alarms in advance, priority should be given to checking whether the internal spring has fatigue deformation, adjusting the spring preload or replacing the corresponding accessories to restore accuracy; If the pressure difference has far exceeded the threshold but the transmitter has not been triggered, check whether the internal magnetic coupling components are stuck. After disassembling and cleaning the internal impurities, the normal triggering logic can be restored; If the visual indication has popped up but there is no electrical signal output, priority should be given to checking whether the external circuit wiring is loose. After confirming that the contacts are not oxidized or corroded, re connect the circuit to restore signal transmission; If there is oil leakage at the interface during operation, stop the machine to release pressure and replace the matching sealing components. Tighten the threads evenly to solve the leakage problem.
