When the differential pressure transmitter frequently triggers an alarm, first check whether there is a short-term flow overload situation in the system. If the flow is normal, it indicates that the filter element has reached the blockage threshold, and replace it with a new filter element of the same precision specification in a timely manner; In the cold start state, the oil return resistance is significantly higher, which is a normal phenomenon of increased oil viscosity in low-temperature environments. After the oil temperature rises during system operation, the resistance will naturally decrease. If it cannot be restored for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the bypass valve is stuck and clean the impurities attached to the valve body to restore normal function; After replacing the filter element, if there is oil leakage, it is necessary to check whether there are foreign objects attached to the sealing surface of the check valve, whether the end cap sealing ring is installed in place, clean the impurities on the sealing surface, and re press the end cap to solve the problem; During operation, there is a significant increase in bubbles in the fuel tank. It is necessary to check whether the liquid flow diffuser is blocked or deformed. Cleaning the diffuser holes or replacing corresponding accessories can restore the return oil to a stable state.
