The differential pressure transmitter triggers an alarm in advance. First, check whether there is a short-term flow shock in the system. If the flow is stable, it indicates that the impurity content in the oil is high. Replace the new filter element to restore normal use; After replacing the core, there is a small amount of oil leakage. Check whether there are metal impurities attached to the sealing surface of the self sealing valve, clean the impurities, and then close the valve group again to restore the sealing performance; If there is abnormal noise during the initial operation of the system, open the exhaust valve at the top of the filter head to discharge the accumulated air inside, and the abnormal noise can be eliminated; The oil return rate significantly slows down in low-temperature environments, which is a normal phenomenon of increased oil viscosity. After the system runs for a period of time and the oil temperature rises, the oil return rate will naturally return to the normal range.
