The HXGL series chemical filter element is a high-performance dry chemical adsorption filter element designed specifically for industrial waste gas purification and gas purification conditions. It uses SDG chemical adsorbent and high-quality activated carbon composite filter material to efficiently remove acidic components, odor molecules, and organic pollutants from gases through selective adsorption principles, rather than simply mechanically intercepting impurities. Product Description

The main material of the HXGL series chemical filter element can be selected from 304 stainless steel, galvanized sheet spray coating or PP material. The interior adopts a multifunctional section structure design, with coarse efficiency filtration section, bag type precision filtration section and chemical adsorption filtration section arranged in sequence along the airflow direction. The chemical adsorption section is filled with SDG adsorbent or activated carbon particles, and each drawer can hold 25kg of filter material. Multiple support frames are arranged at intervals to increase the gas contact area and significantly improve purification efficiency. The air volume covers 1000-100000m ³/h, and the inlet and outlet can be flexibly designed according to the construction site. The temperature resistance range is -20 ℃ to 250 ℃, and the working pressure is 0.1-2.5MPa. It supports non-standard customization.

Common problems and solutions

The decrease in filtration efficiency is often caused by saturated adsorption of filter media or insufficient pretreatment. It is recommended to install a pre filtration device and regularly monitor the pressure difference, and replace or regenerate the filter media in a timely manner. The system pressure difference is too large, resulting in insufficient air flow. It is necessary to check the filter element for contamination and blockage, and replace it immediately when the maximum allowable pressure difference is reached. Leakage at the seal is usually caused by aging of the O-ring or improper installation torque. The seal should be checked regularly and tightened according to the specified torque. Incomplete exhaust can cause abnormal flow. Before starting, it is necessary to fully exhaust both sides of the housing to ensure that there is no air obstruction in the system. If there is a channeling phenomenon in the filter material, the air distribution structure should be optimized to ensure that the airflow passes uniformly through the entire filtration section.
