Product Description

The FCLD series dust filter bags are divided into circular bags and flat bags according to cross-section, and are classified into three categories based on temperature resistance: high temperature type (glass fiber/P84/PTFE, long-term use temperature can reach 260-280 ℃), medium temperature type (PPS/aramid, 190-220 ℃), and room temperature type (polyester/polypropylene, ≤ 120 ℃). The surface of the filter material can be treated with PTFE coating, oil and water resistance, anti-static, etc. The initial resistance is controlled at 80-120Pa, the final resistance does not exceed 1500Pa, and the dust holding capacity is above 250g/m ². Structurally, high-strength base fabric and functional fiber layer are configured, and ultrasonic welding and laminating technology are used. The comprehensive strength of the bag mouth suture is ≥ 1000N, which meets the national standard GB/T6719-2009 and supports non-standard customization to meet the refined filtration needs of different working conditions.

Common problems and solutions

Filter bag damage: It is often caused by high cleaning pressure (exceeding 0.4MPa) or dust abrasion. The pulse pressure should be adjusted to 0.3~0.4MPa, the spraying time should be controlled within 90~100 milliseconds, and wear-resistant filter material should be selected. Filter bag blockage: caused by high filtering wind speed or high dust viscosity, the wind speed needs to be reduced to the design range, and equipment insulation should be done to prevent condensation.

Filter bag detachment: Usually caused by loose spring coils or deformed flower plates, it should be reinstalled to ensure proper clamping and timely repair of the flower plates. Filter bag aging: Fiber brittleness is often caused by over temperature operation. It is necessary to strictly control the flue gas temperature within the tolerance range of the filter bag, regularly check the elasticity, and replace it in a timely manner.
