Product Description

The QYWL series vapor-liquid mesh filter element is made of stainless steel wire, alloy wire or non-metal wire with a diameter of 0.08~0.55 mm, and is woven using single strand, multi strand or metal fiber composite weaving technology. The mesh surface can be processed into a flat or corrugated type, with opening sizes ranging from 2 × 3mm to 12 × 6mm, and width specifications extending from 40mm to 1400mm, fully meeting the fine requirements of different working conditions. The materials include 304, 316L, 321, 904L stainless steel and nickel based alloys, with a temperature resistance range of -20 ℃ to 250 ℃, a working pressure of 0.1~2.5MPa, and outstanding resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. According to the HG/T21618-1998 standard, we offer four standard models: SP, DP, HR, and HP. We also support non-standard customization and can flexibly adjust the wire diameter, mesh size, and number of layers according to customer needs.

Common problems and solutions

Leakage problems are often caused by aging seals or improper installation of filter elements. Regular inspections and replacement of O-rings are necessary, and installation must strictly follow the specified torque. The decrease in filtration efficiency is usually caused by clogging of the filter element. It is recommended to install a pre filtration device and regularly monitor the pressure difference. If the pressure difference exceeds the standard, it should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner. Excessive pressure fluctuations may cause the filter element to rupture, and safety valves and pulsation dampers should be installed to eliminate the impact of water hammer effect. Thoroughly exhaust during installation to avoid affecting the filtration effect due to air resistance.
