The ZZJL series bracket type medium efficiency filter element is a high-performance air filtration element specially designed for the intermediate filtration stage of ventilation and purification systems. It uses synthetic fiber non-woven fabric or glass fiber as the core filter material, combined with a sturdy metal bracket structure, and can efficiently capture dust, pollen, smoke, and various suspended particles with a particle size of 1-5 μ m. The filtration efficiency covers F5 to F9 levels (60%~95%). This series of filter cartridges integrates high dust holding capacity, low resistance, and washable regeneration. It can be used as an independent medium efficiency filtration unit or combined with primary and high-efficiency filters to form a complete graded purification system, providing stable and reliable air quality assurance for fields such as electronic manufacturing, food processing, commercial buildings, and public facilities.

Product Description

The outer frame of the ZZJL series bracket type medium efficiency filter element is made of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel plate that has undergone anti-corrosion treatment. The interior uses a professional bracket structure to support the filter material, effectively preventing deformation or rupture of the filter material at high wind speeds and ensuring full utilization of the filtration area. The filter material is mainly composed of double-sided laminated synthetic fiber non-woven fabric, and some models can choose fiberglass composite material. The initial resistance is controlled within 80Pa, and the final resistance does not exceed 160Pa. The dust holding capacity is above 250g/m ². The overall design adopts modular design, with standard dimensions suitable for most ventilation systems, supporting non-standard customization, easy installation and replacement, and a service life of up to 6-12 months. The filtration efficiency retention rate after cleaning is not less than 85%.

Leakage at the sealing point: Check whether the sealing strip between the bracket and the box is aging or misaligned, replace the polyurethane sealing strip in a timely manner, and re tighten it. Abnormal increase in system resistance: Check if there is a situation where multiple filter cartridges are blocked at the same time.
