It is made of ultra-fine glass fibers through precise melt blown technology, with a fiber diameter of only 0.5-5 μ m. The structure is fluffy and has a large dust holding capacity, combining the two core advantages of high filtration efficiency and low operating resistance. The filter element covers multiple efficiency levels from F5 to F9 (corresponding to 40% to 95% filtration efficiency), and can be flexibly selected according to EN 779 and ISO 16890 standards. The temperature resistance range can reach up to 120 ℃, and the flame retardant performance meets the UL-2 international standard. Common problems and solutions

① Decreased filtration effect: It is often caused by dust accumulation in the filter bag, which leads to an increase in pressure difference. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference reaches 250-350Pa, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid the filter bag from breaking due to overpressure operation.

② Filter bag damage: usually caused by improper installation or operation under excessive pressure difference. When replacing, it is necessary to ensure that the filter bag is tightly attached to the support mesh and the bolts are evenly tightened.

③ Edge leakage: Check for cracks at the hot melt welding point. If damaged, replace the entire bag and do not repair it.

④ Blockage too quickly: It is recommended to install a Y-shaped or basket style pre filter at the front end to intercept large particle impurities, and choose the efficiency level reasonably according to the working conditions to avoid overloading caused by a small aperture.
