In practical use, if there is an alarm when scanning for leakage detection, it is usually caused by insufficient filling of the gel or the presence of bubbles inside. The temperature resistant 80 ℃ blue jelly gel needs to be replaced, and the filling height must exceed 70% of the groove depth. If there is leakage around but normal in the middle, it is often due to uneven screw fixation or aging of the sealing ring.
The installation torque should be re leveled to control the deviation of the four corners within 0.5N · m, and the sealing ring should be replaced simultaneously. When the initial resistance exceeds 250Pa or the growth rate is too fast, it is often caused by the failure to replace the front-end intermediate efficiency filter in a timely manner. It is recommended to monitor the pressure difference every month and force the replacement of the filter element when the final resistance reaches twice the initial resistance. If the filter material is damaged and leaks, it is usually caused by transportation collision or missing partition. The integrity of the filter paper can be checked with strong light. If the single point damage does not exceed 3mm, special adhesive can be used for repair. If dust pollution occurs during disassembly, it is caused by direct handling without bagging. The standard process of sealing and packing the old filter after shutdown, cleaning the installation position, reinstalling the new filter, and self-cleaning for 24 hours must be strictly followed.
