The MF series oil suction filter adopts a layout structure of side mounted semi embedded in the oil tank, which does not occupy the top space of the oil tank. It is directly connected to the oil suction pipeline through the side wall flange. The core adopts high-strength stainless steel sintered filter screen, which is not easily deformed or damaged under high flow impact. Built in 0.018MPa anti suction overflow valve ensures stable oil supply to the hydraulic pump even under extreme working conditions. Equipped with an external direct reading negative pressure gauge, it can accurately determine the degree of blockage without opening the cover and is suitable for various high flow medium and high pressure hydraulic systems with side mounted oil suction scenarios.
The MF series oil suction filter is a high load pre protection device designed specifically for medium and high pressure hydraulic systems. It adopts a side mounted oil tank external docking structure, which does not require a large installation hole at the top of the oil tank. The entire filter is directly fixed to the oil suction port position on the side wall of the oil tank through a flange interface. The filter chamber is partially embedded inside the oil tank, and the oil flows directly into the filter chamber from the inside of the oil tank for purification before being connected to the hydraulic pump suction pipeline. Without occupying the maintenance space at the top of the oil tank, it provides stable pre pollution protection for medium and high pressure high flow hydraulic pumps and is suitable for use in various high flow hydraulic systems with limited top space and side mounted oil suction layout.

The MF series oil suction filter uses multi-layer stacked stainless steel sintered mesh as the core filter element, combined with an external high-strength support cage, which will not cause deformation or damage to the filter screen under high flow impact. It can efficiently intercept hard solid impurities of different particle sizes under extremely low initial pressure difference; An anti suction overflow valve is integrated inside the chamber, with an opening pressure set at 0.018MPa. When the filter element is blocked and a negative pressure difference is formed on the suction side, the overflow valve can directly replenish oil from the tank side, completely avoiding suction and cavitation damage to the hydraulic pump; Equipped with an external vacuum negative pressure gauge, operation and maintenance personnel can directly read the negative pressure value on the suction side from the outside of the fuel tank, accurately determine the degree of filter blockage, and grasp the real-time status of the filter without disassembling the equipment; The overall filter adopts a cast iron shell for rust prevention and passivation treatment, and the side mounted flange comes with an integrated sealing structure. After installation, it completely isolates the contact between the air inside and outside the oil tank and the oil, avoiding external pollutants from entering the oil tank through installation gaps.

The negative pressure gauge shows a consistently high value. First, check if the system has been operating at an over rated flow rate for a long time. If the flow rate is stable, it indicates that the filter element has been completely blocked by impurities. Remove the sintered mesh filter element and rinse it with a special cleaning agent before reinstalling it for use; Intermittent abnormal noise occurs during the operation of the hydraulic pump. Check whether the anti suction overflow valve is attached with impurities and slightly stuck. After disassembling and cleaning the residual impurities in the valve body, the overflow valve can restore its normal oil replenishment function; There is oil leakage at the side mounted flange position. Check whether the integrated seal of the flange has aged and deformed due to long-term oil immersion. Replace the oil resistant seal of the same specification and tighten the flange bolts evenly in diagonal order to restore the seal; The oil flow rate is significantly lower than the design value. Check whether there is a large amount of adhesive sludge attached to the surface of the sintered mesh filter element. After thoroughly cleaning the sediment sludge in the pores of the filter element with ultrasonic cleaning equipment, the oil flow capacity can be fully restored to its initial state.
