The NLWL series nylon mesh filter element is a cost-effective air filtration product designed specifically for primary filtration in ventilation and air conditioning systems. It is made of integrated nylon mesh filter material made of single filament fibers such as PP, PA, and PE through precision weaving technology. It belongs to the G series GN category of primary filters and can effectively capture particles, dust, and various suspended solids of ≥ 5 μ m. The weight based filtration efficiency covers 35% to 95% @ 5 μ m. The filter element is supported by aluminum alloy, galvanized steel plate or stainless steel frame, with a lightweight and compact plate structure. The initial resistance is as low as less than 20Pa, and the dust holding capacity is high. It has core advantages such as high air volume, low energy consumption, and repeatable cleaning. Some models have a temperature resistance of over 80 ℃, are resistant to acid and alkali, moisture, and corrosion, making them an economical choice for pre filtration in central air conditioning and industrial ventilation systems.

The NLWL series nylon mesh filter element adopts a lightweight plate structure, which is divided into two forms: framed and rolled. The framed product frame can be made with handles to interconnect into a group, making it easy to install and maintain in bulk. The filter material is woven and formed from PP or PA monofilament fibers, with an iron wire support structure inside. The double-layer or multi-layer filter unit is formed by tightening the nylon mesh through the lining frame, effectively increasing the filtration area and optimizing the airflow distribution. ① Decreased filtration effect: Resistance increases due to dust accumulation. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 120Pa, it should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner to avoid operation under excessive pressure difference.

② Damage and deformation of filter screen: usually caused by improper installation or operation under excessive pressure difference. When replacing, ensure that the filter screen is tightly attached to the supporting structure and the bolts are evenly tightened.

③ Efficiency decreases after cleaning: The cleaning water temperature should not exceed 50 ℃, only rinse with tap water, avoid using chemical cleaning agents, dry in a cool place, and do not expose to direct sunlight or open flames.

④ Blockage too quickly: It is recommended to install a pre filtration device at the front end to intercept large particles of impurities, and select the appropriate filtration level based on the dust concentration.
