The CXJL series metal mesh filter element is an industrial grade primary filter element designed for high temperature and high corrosion special working conditions. The core adopts multi-layer metal corrugated mesh filter material, which can stably intercept solid particles and impurities above 10 μ m. The outer frame can be made of materials such as 304, 316L stainless steel, etc. The all metal structure is impact resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 300 ℃. It supports repeated cleaning and reuse without the risk of fiber shedding. It is widely used in high-temperature ventilation, acid and alkali waste gas pretreatment, air compressor inlet coarse filtration and other scenarios, and is suitable for pre filtration needs in various special working conditions.
The CXJL series metal mesh filter element is an industrial grade filter element designed for special ventilation and fluid filtration scenarios that are resistant to temperature and corrosion. It uses multi-layer metal woven or sintered mesh as the core filter material, which can stably intercept solid particles and impurities above 10 μ m. As the primary filtration core component in strong working conditions, it provides reliable pre protection for precision filtration equipment, power devices, and ventilation systems. The product performance is suitable for most special working conditions with high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive media, and can maintain stable filtration performance in harsh operating environments for a long time.

The CXJL series metal mesh filter element frame can be made of 304, 316L stainless steel or galvanized steel plate material. The interior adopts a multi-layer staggered and stacked structure of metal corrugated mesh with different apertures, which improves interception efficiency by changing the flow path of air or fluid. Some models are reinforced with metal support mesh on both sides of the filter layer to avoid deformation of the filter material under high pressure conditions; Overall, it can withstand a continuous working temperature of up to 300 ℃, with a humidity resistance of up to 100%. It is suitable for acidic and alkaline corrosive media environments, with filtration levels covering the G2 to G4 range. The entire series supports routine non-standard adjustments according to actual installation dimensions and accuracy requirements, meeting the customized assembly needs of different equipment.

The CXJL series metal mesh filter element is widely used in industrial high-temperature ventilation systems, exhaust gas pretreatment in acidic and alkaline environments, air inlet pre filtration in automotive manufacturing spray painting workshops, as well as for large air compressor inlet coarse filtration, clean room return air primary filtration, and large particle impurity interception in high-temperature fluid pipelines. It is also suitable for high-temperature flue gas primary purification in metallurgy, chemical and other industries, as well as front-end protection of acid and alkali resistant ventilation equipment, providing stable support for filtration systems in special environments.

The CXJL series metal mesh filter element has a high mechanical strength due to its all metal structure. Compared to fiber based primary filters, it has stronger impact resistance and deformation resistance, and can adapt to high-pressure and high flow rate working environments; The filter material can be repeatedly cleaned and reused, and under normal maintenance, its service life is much longer than that of ordinary synthetic fiber filters, resulting in lower long-term operation and maintenance costs; The overall temperature and acid alkali resistance are excellent, and it can operate stably under special conditions that most ordinary filter materials cannot adapt to; The metal mesh layer adopts an integral welding process, with no sealing leakage hazards, and there is no risk of fiber detachment throughout the filtration process, which will not cause secondary pollution to the medium.
If the CXJL series metal mesh filter element experiences local deformation after operation, it is necessary to check whether the actual working pressure exceeds the rated pressure range of the product. If the deformation still cannot be reset after reducing the system flow rate, replace the corresponding filter element with a higher strength specification; After cleaning, the filtration resistance significantly increases, mostly due to impurities getting stuck deep in the gaps of the metal mesh layer during the cleaning process. By using reverse low-pressure airflow blowing combined with neutral solvent soaking, residual impurities in the gaps can be cleaned and the flux restored; After installation, if there is a leakage of the medium side, check whether the sealing gasket on the outer frame and the installation contact surface is misaligned or aged. Adjust the sealing position or replace the matching seal to solve the problem; After long-term use, the mesh surface may experience local corrosion. Clean up the corrosive residual media attached to the surface in a timely manner. In the future, high corrosion conditions can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel filter elements to extend the service life.
