The high borosilicate boiler level gauge is a direct reading liquid level monitoring device for industrial boilers and pressure storage equipment. The core observation component is made of high borosilicate glass, relying on its excellent characteristics of low thermal expansion coefficient and temperature and pressure resistance. It can operate stably in the range of -20 ℃ to 450 ℃, and the rated pressure under normal working conditions can reach up to 6.4MPa. The main body adopts an integrated metal sealing frame, and the liquid level interface is clear and distortion free after optical polishing of the observation surface. The liquid level can be directly read without the need for an external power supply, and it has strong electromagnetic interference resistance, suitable for on-site liquid level monitoring needs in various high-temperature and pressure storage scenarios.
The high borosilicate boiler level gauge is a direct reading liquid level monitoring device designed specifically for industrial boilers and pressure storage equipment. It is a core universal equipment for on-site liquid level visualization monitoring. It can directly display the internal liquid level height in real time next to the equipment body, without relying on secondary conversion instruments, allowing operation and maintenance personnel to intuitively obtain liquid level data, providing basic and reliable on-site monitoring support for the safe control of liquid level in pressure vessels.

The high borosilicate boiler level gauge adopts high borosilicate glass as the core observation component, relying on the characteristics of low thermal expansion coefficient, high transmittance, and excellent temperature and pressure resistance of high borosilicate material. It can work stably in a wide temperature range of -20 ℃ to 450 ℃. Under normal working conditions, the rated working pressure can reach up to 6.4MPa. The main structure adopts an integrated metal frame sealing design, and the glass and cavity are sealed without leakage through a special temperature resistant sealing gasket. The observation surface is optically polished, and the liquid level interface is clear and distortion free. Some models can be matched with dual color light sources to achieve the visualization effect of steam red water green, which is suitable for observation needs in different lighting environments. The overall structure has no complex electronic components and can operate stably for a long time under strong electromagnetic interference conditions.

This high borosilicate boiler level gauge can cover various liquid level monitoring scenarios of pressure storage equipment, suitable for on-site liquid level direct reading monitoring of various industrial steam boilers and hot water boilers. It can also be used for on-site observation of liquid levels in pressure storage tanks, evaporators, and reaction vessels in the petrochemical and power energy industries. At the same time, it can be adapted for liquid level monitoring of pressure water tanks in heating and heat exchange stations and centralized water supply systems. It can also be used as an on-site liquid level reference device in high-temperature storage equipment in metallurgy and building materials industries, meeting the on-site liquid level direct reading requirements under various high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.

This high borosilicate boiler level gauge relies on the excellent physical properties of high borosilicate material, and its temperature and pressure resistance performance is improved by more than 30% compared to ordinary glass level gauges. It is less likely to explode due to sudden temperature changes. The direct reading design does not require an external power supply and can be put into use after installation. There is almost no additional maintenance cost in daily life, and the observation interface is clear and intuitive. Even maintenance personnel without professional instrument knowledge can quickly read level data. Its strong anti electromagnetic interference characteristics can adapt to various complex industrial working conditions, and its long-term stability is much higher than that of level monitoring equipment relying on electronic sensors.
If the observation surface appears blurry, priority should be given to checking whether there is scale or oil on the surface of the high borosilicate glass. After wiping with a neutral cleaner, the clarity can be restored; If there is slight leakage in the sealing area, it can be solved by uniformly tightening the frame bolts after the equipment is depressurized and cooled down, or replacing the matching heat-resistant sealing gasket; If there is a deviation between the liquid level display and the actual working conditions, check if there is any blockage in the upper and lower connecting pipelines. After clearing the pipelines, the liquid level synchronization can be restored; If there are slight cracks in the glass, the machine should be stopped immediately to relieve pressure, and high borosilicate glass components of the same specification should be replaced before being put back into use.
