CXZK series primary paper frame filter

The CXZK series primary paper frame filter is the core initial efficiency filtration product at the front end of the air purification system. As the first line of defense of the multi-stage filtration system, it adopts an integrated modular design and is suitable for the initial efficiency installation position of various conventional ventilation, air conditioning, and air treatment equipment. It provides reliable pre protection for downstream intermediate and high-efficiency filtration units and reduces the operation and maintenance costs of the entire purification system.

The CXZK series primary paper frame filter outer frame is divided into two categories: universal hard paper frame and high-strength die cut hard cardboard, suitable for non-standard customization and standard specification scenarios. The diagonal accuracy error is controlled within ± 1.5mm, and the structure is stable and not easily deformed. The interior adopts a V-shaped layout with pleated fiber filter material lined with single-sided metal wire mesh, which increases the effective filtration area by 2-5 times compared to flat products. The filter material and outer frame are sealed with special sealing adhesive to prevent air leakage. The filtration level covers G1-G4 and can stably intercept dust particles of more than 5 μ m. The initial resistance is as low as 25Pa under rated air volume, and the dust holding capacity is ≥ 400g/㎡. It can operate stably for a long time under the working conditions of -30 ℃~80 ℃ and humidity ≤ 90% RH.

2. Optimization of pleated structure, maintaining high dust holding capacity under low resistance, effectively reducing the energy consumption of ventilation system operation;

3. The air outlet surface of the filter material is polished to significantly reduce the risk of fiber shedding;

4. The overall structure is lightweight and can be replaced without the need for professional tools, reducing operation and maintenance costs.

1. Rapid increase in initial resistance: often due to excessive environmental dust concentration, the replacement cycle can be shortened or a pre protective film can be installed at the inlet end;

2. Edge air leakage after installation: Check the fit between the filter element and the box surface, and if necessary, install sealing gaskets to enhance the sealing effect;

3. Local damage to filter material: often caused by actual air volume far exceeding the rated value. Adjust the air volume to the rated range or replace the high air volume filter element;

4. Initial shedding of a small amount of fibers: This is a normal phenomenon and can disappear on its own after 1-2 hours of operation, without affecting the filtration performance.
